BUILDING A HONEYMOON SCRIPT
One of the steps we love to plan is putting together a trip itinerary. Search, gather all the places, restaurants and attractions that we want to know…How delicious!
At first, to set up an itinerary you need to define exactly how many days you will have available, always taking into account the travel time to the place and also your profile. There are couples who arrive from a trip and go out for a walk, on the other hand, others prefer to rest because of jetlag.
Another thing that must be taken into account is how you are going to get around the city. Are you going to rent a car, take a taxi, do you want to do everything on foot? Right at that time, a good option is to look for a hotel with a great location, which is close to restaurants, markets and even some places you want to know.
A Hot tip!
Still speaking of hotels, a precious tip is, when making the reservation, inform them that you are on their honeymoon. Many hotels offer free upgrades and special treats to lovebirds to provide a unique experience.
In advance when putting together your honeymoon itinerary, it is also important to read reports and testimonials from people, so you can “count” how much time you will spend on each activity and it will be easier to build your day. Google Maps is also an excellent ally at this stage, as you can visualize the distance between places, how much time you will spend traveling there and even checking restaurants and establishments along your route.

DREAM HONEYMOON ABROAD
Punta Cana
Probably the most popular destination among newlyweds today. Punta Cana brings together a hotel zone with dozens of wonderful Resorts (for all budgets) that work on an all-inclusive system, for those who really want to relax and enjoy all that the Caribbean has to offer.
When to go: January to April.

Cancun
Undoubtedly also another excellent option for a honeymoon on the beach. Cancun is very similar to Punta Cana, perhaps with a little more hype, I confess, on the other hand, it also has excellent Resorts available, and all the joy of the Mexican people.
When to go: February to May, July and December.

Maldives Islands
A luxurious and unforgettable destination. Surely you've come across a photo of the bungalows suspended under the eye-popping turquoise blue sea and dreamed of being there. The Maldives are fully prepared to welcome couples and provide a star-studded honeymoon!
When to go: November to April.

Paris
And what about the most romantic destination in the world? It makes perfect sense for your honeymoon to take place here, doesn't it? The city of light brings together good gastronomy, charming walks, lots of art and a loving atmosphere.
When to go: all year

Greece
White houses with a view of the caldera, donkeys walking through stone alleys, the most beautiful sunset in the world (in the opinion of many)… Whoever thinks that Greece is just that is wrong, right? The islands of Greece promise to bring to your honeymoon breathtaking scenery, breathtaking beaches, jaw-dropping hotels and a very romantic atmosphere.
When to go: May to October

Italy
Another destination that delights passionate hearts! The beautiful Italy that was once the scene of many love stories, always has open arms for the newlyweds. Between gondola rides, bucolic landscapes and lots of good food, a honeymoon in this country will definitely be synonymous with good memories.
When to go: March to October

PACKAGING THE HONEYMOON BAG
Tickets purchased, itinerary defined…everything is 100% organized. Hey! Now it's time to finally pack your bags and head off on your dream honeymoon!
So you don't get that annoying feeling of "it seems like I forgot something", we've put together a complete checklist to help you with this task.

3 MISTAKES YOU SHOULD AVOID ON YOUR HONEYMOON
1) HIRE PACKAGES IN AGENCIES YOU DON'T KNOW
This slip-up can be costly and bring negative memories to your honeymoon. Don't want to organize your honeymoon yourself? Do you want to close a deal with a travel agency? First of all, check if the company is reliable, if it is consolidated in the market and if there are no complaints or lawsuits against it. Here's a tip: the old “word of mouth”, that is, referrals from friends/acquaintances, usually doesn't fail.
2) FIGHTING OVER LITTLE THINGS
This is a more common mistake than you might think. We've heard reports of couples who started their honeymoon already fighting at the airport, can you imagine? If something didn't go as planned, if your spouse did something you didn't like, talk and try to see the positive side of the situation (you can look it up, he's always there).
Remember that this trip is unique in your life, and it makes no sense to argue about silly things, sometimes even irrelevant, and not enjoy this amazing experience to the fullest (and for two)!
3) CLIMATE X DESTINATION
Another very common mistake that a lot of people end up forgetting. Did you know that there are specific times to visit certain places? For example, did you know that from June to November there is hurricane season in most Caribbean countries? That from April to October is the rainy season in Thailand? Or that from December to February the highland winter hits the Atacama desert, bringing rain showers?
It is essential that, before choosing your honeymoon destination, you check if the climate of the dream destination fits within the days you have available to travel. After all, you don't want to go enjoy a beach in the rain, or spend the heat in a ski resort, right?
